What we can learn from Rex Ryan, son of son of Buddy, heir to Football's coaching family dynasty...

You can say what you want about Rex Ryan, coach of the Jets, and his foot thing.

You can post videos.

You can write headlines.

You can even make videos parodying his wife and their pro-pedi-stance.

But you can't question his passion.

Ryan has that something you can't teach. He gives a sh*t. He cares. So many others in so many other businesses are just going along. Sure, they care, but they don't give a sh*t like Rex does.

Passion. It's that extra 'something' which makes you go from being good -- to great.

You can't find it in a bong hit in the bathroom of an AC station. You can't find it in a line of some crazy junk in the bathroom of a club.

It's natural. It's in you. And if you've got it, you already know it.

And, yes, if you don't know about it, or don't know what we're talking about here, then yeah, you probably don't have it.

Passion is often mistaken for crazy.

So here's to the crazy ones.
