Here's the nasty pic Perez pulled down... it appears to be Ke$ha with, um some sort of augmentation which looks like someone's unborn children. I'm not sure it's her. I'm not sure she's high. But I am sure that if there's some manspackle floating around, she should clean it up. But maybe that's just me.
