So she can fly by herself...

It's a pretty amazing thing the resiliency of this kid. Kyla flew from Tampa to me today by herself. And she made it a point to let the world know she did it.

Like, really. Everyone. From the parking attendant to the people at Champps with two P's in Columbia near where Melissa works at times where we had lunch.

Funny. In the days of the pen and paper ratings, you tried to tell everyone you were going to do something, then do something and then, remind everyone that you did something.

I wonder where she gets it from...

Anyway, it's good to have her home. Having her here is so amazing. The life she brings along with the joy she brings are just so therapeutic to so many people around her. She's got some amazing gifts and they all come in the form of who she is naturally. It's amazing the peace she brings and the happiness she brings.

I wish I could bottle it...

Anyway, I'll write some more later, but I need to make sure this munchkin doesn't order too much on InDemand... she has this way of somehow ordering like five movies she wants to see, only to forget to see 'em because sleep takes over too quickly sometimes...

I've got a bunch on my mind. I'm trying to force it to the back of my mind while Kyla is here. She's pretty inquisitive when it comes to me, so I doubt I'll be able to keep it from her for too long. After all, she can read me like a book... and she knows me pretty well...

More to follow...
